Main station wastewater treatment:The main station will have slurry water leakage when unloading,so a water tank should be made at the bottom and around the main station to collect slurry water or rainwater into the slurry tank;
Slurry water treatment such as sand and gravel separation machine:the slurry water after washing the concrete transport vehicle,passes through the sand and gravel separation machine to separate the slurry water from the sand and gravel,and the sand and gravel accumulation is recovered after exposure to the sun,and the slurry water enters No.1 through the sewage pipeline.There are 4 sludge ponds and 3 clearing ponds in total.The 4 sludge pools are equipped with surface protection fences,mixers,mud pumps in the 1st,2nd and 3rd ponds,liquid level gauges in the 2nd and 4th ponds,and each of the 3 clarification tanks.There is a sewage type water pump.The mixer in the pool rotates periodically to keep the water quality uniform.
How to use the treated mixing station wastewater:
Use 1:It can use the secondary clean water in the sewage tank to clean the concrete truck,and separate the sand,gravel,mortar,etc.The sand and stone are collected in the material yard for accumulation,and the cement slurry enters the sewage tank for re-cleaning;
Use 2:It can mix concrete below C30 with clear water from clear water pool.
