Causes of pipe blockage of boom pump truck
If the boom pump truck is blocked, it will cause a series of problems, which will make the equipment unable to continue to use normally. Therefore, we should pay attention to this problem and avoid some unnecessary faults. What causes the pipe blockage?
1. The concrete piston is seriously worn, the concrete slurry will leak into the concrete cylinder wall, and the water in the water tank will become turbid. At this time, the piston should be replaced; The concrete conveying cylinder is seriously worn and the water in the water tank will become turbid. The conveying cylinder should be replaced. If not handled in time, serious slurry leakage will lead to pipe plugging.
2. As an accumulator to quickly supplement the reversing pressure and energy, it is necessary to ensure sufficient internal nitrogen. When pumping high-strength concrete, if the precharge pressure cannot reach the pressure, it is difficult to supplement when the concrete pump pressure is insufficient, which will lead to pump or pipe blockage.
3. The delivery pipe joint of boom pump truck is not tightly sealed, the pipe clamp is loose or the sealing ring is damaged, resulting in slurry leakage, which will reduce the concrete slump and the loss of pumping pressure, resulting in pipe blockage. At this time, fasten the pipe clamp or replace the sealing ring.
4. The pressure of the hydraulic system of the pump is adjusted too low, the hydraulic components fail, the parts at the concrete directional valve are worn, the pressure relief and other pump equipment failures may cause pipe blockage.
5. The mixing blades in the hopper of the pump truck are seriously worn, causing some coarse aggregate in the concrete to sink to the bottom of the hopper. When pumping this part of concrete, it is easy to block the pipe due to too much coarse aggregate. Therefore, the mixing blades should be checked regularly and replaced in time when they are seriously worn.
6. Disassemble the faulty pump pipe of the boom pump truck and check it to confirm whether there is any foreign matter in the pipe. If not, reinstall it and test whether there is any fault.
7. Turn on the pump, observe that the pressure of the main system is about 10MPa, and the pressure is normal. At the same time, detect the pressure holding pressure of the system, and the larger value can reach 34mpa, so the fault of the hydraulic system of the main pump can be eliminated.
8. Shut down and depressurize, disassemble the reducer, check whether there is foreign matter in the S pipe, and check whether the piston head is normal and free of wear.
9. Disassemble the elbow at the boom, set the pump right, and the concrete can be pumped. It is suspected that there are foreign matters in the rear pump pipe. Disassemble and inspect to see if there are foreign matters.
To solve the problem of pipe blockage in time, users should clean the boom pump truck in time, because some concrete residues will inevitably remain in the process of mixing concrete. If it is not cleaned in time, it will be difficult to clean it later, so it should be cleaned in time.
