1.Concrete delivery pump trucks are generally used for concrete delivery,and any use other than this(such as lifting heavy objects)will be dangerous.

2.The height and distance of the concrete pumped by the boom of the pump truck have been strictly calculated and confirmed by tests.It is not allowed to connect the pipeline at the end of the hose or lengthen the end hose by more than 3m,otherwise it may cause uncontrollable risks.

3.Without authorization,it is forbidden to make modifications to the pump truck that may affect the safety,including changing the safety pressure and running speed settings;changing to a large-diameter conveying pipe or increasing the wall thickness of the conveying pipe,changing the control program or line;and outrigger changes,etc.

4.Pump truck operators must wear safety helmets and abide by safety regulations and safety regulations on the construction site.

5.When the pump truck is operating,the outriggers must be extended in place,supported on a solid ground,and the outrigger pads should be placed;during the pumping operation,check to see if there is any subsidence,if there is any subsidence;the outriggers must be adjusted again.
