How to prevent the pipe blockage of truck-mounted boom pump
Anti the pipe blockage of concrete truck-mounted boom pump you need to do the following:
1.The project will be planned and designed before construction. When installing and designing pipes for concrete truck-mounted boom pump, try to avoid 90°and S-shaped bends.
2.Do not use pump pipes with obvious pits to reduce the resistance of pumping concrete and prevent blockage.
3.Under normal circumstances, the pump often switches between high and low pressure. The hopper of the truck-mounted boom pump needs to be raised by about 20cm to increase the hopper volume to ensure that the concrete will not flow out.
4.In order to ensure the continuity of pumping concrete operation and the quality of concrete pouring, the interval between operations should not be too long to prevent blocking.
5.In addition to the reasonable use of the concrete truck-mounted boom pump, the pump pipe should also be checked frequently. If the pump pipe is worn seriously in one direction, the pipe should be switched to another position in time. And if the thickness of the pump pipe is too thin, the new pipe should be replaced in time to prevent the pump pipe from exploding during the working process or blocking due to the long time of replacing the pump pipe.Because one of the reasons for pipe blockage is that the shutdown interval is long, the construction personnel should start the pump or reverse and forward the pump several times every 20 minutes, and start the circulating pump if necessary to prevent blockage.
