How to use the fine stone concrete pump correctly

1. Before pumping, first pump clean water to check whether the pipe clamps are sealed and watertight; then pump the pipeline lubricant

2. After the pipe is lubricated, the concrete can be pumped. If it is blocked, remove the piping in front of the blockage, take out the internal dehydration block, and connect the piping.

3. The slump fluctuation of the fine stone concrete pump should not be too large, and its variation range is 80~230mm.

4. Contact the operator of the front-end hose (radius should be greater than 1m) when starting or stopping pumping. Construction workers are not allowed to stand at the outlet of the pipe to prevent the concrete from being sprayed and hurting people.

5. When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the hopper and washing room

6. The conveying pipe should be fixed and padded, and it is strictly forbidden to bend the conveying hose to avoid explosion.

7. When the blocked pipeline is pumped again, the construction personnel should not approach the hose to avoid the hose swinging rapidly and the concrete spraying hurts people.

Correct use of fine stone concrete pump

8. Do not stand at the corner of the building with the end of the hose in hand. The hose shakes or the concrete sprays out, causing the operator to fall.

9. During the pumping process, the concrete in the hopper should be kept above the mixing axis, and no air suction or pumping without material is allowed.

10. If the pumping is suspended for a long time, the pump must be turned on every 15~30min, and the forward and reverse pumps will each have 1~2 strokes to prevent the concrete in the pipe from condensing.

11. During the pumping process, if the pumping pressure suddenly rises and the conveying pipeline vibrates, the pump should be reversed for 2~3 strokes and then the pump should be turned on again, and a wooden hammer can also be used to hit the easy-to-plug parts such as conical pipes and elbows. If the pipe is still blocked, the pumping should be suspended to deal with the blocked pipe.

12. During the pumping process, when the hydraulic oil rises to 55 degrees, water cooling or air cooling should be started. If the oil temperature rises to 80 degrees, it should be stopped for inspection.

13. During the pumping process, the concrete in the hopper should not be completely emptied to prevent the residue from flying out and hurting people.

14. When the slump pumped by the fine stone concrete pump is too low, it is not allowed to add water to the hopper for mixing. Instead, add cement mortar.

15. The grid of the hopper shall not be filled with fine stone concrete, and the flow rate of the material shall be controlled, and the oversized aggregate and foreign matter shall be removed in time.

16. When the stirring shaft is stuck and does not turn, the pumping should be suspended to eliminate the fault.

17. When it is found that the fine stone concrete in the hopper is separated, the pumping should be suspended, and then the pumping should be done after mixing evenly.

18. After the upward pumping is interrupted, the pumping should be carried out first, so that the material in the distribution valve is sucked back into the hopper.

19. When the operation is suspended, the plug board should be inserted to prevent the backflow of the fine stone concrete pump.
