First, check the cutting ring and glasses plate
Check the wear between the cutting ring and the glasses plate, which is a key step in determining the success of the direct water valve cleaning. If the cutting ring and the glasses plate are not seriously worn, the distance between the cutting ring and the glasses plate is less than 0.1 mm, and there is no groove scratch of 1 mm between them, you can directly use the water valve for cleaning.
Second, the method of cleaning long pipes
If the pipeline is long or the cleaning effect is not good, you can open the hopper discharge door, carry out reverse concrete, and flush the hopper and distribution valve. If the pumping height of the concrete pump is greater than 20 meters, you can choose to tap the vertical part of the elbow. The tapping sound is low, you need to disassemble the elbow, pour out the accumulated large aggregate, and the long pipeline cleaning is over.
