Concrete pump truck - Truemax
Concrete pump is an apparatus for pumping the pumping system for pumping concrete and an arm frame system for a cloth machine to be integrated on a car chassis. The pumping system utilizes the power of the chassis engine, and the concrete is pressurized in the bucket. In the pipeline, the pipe is attached to the boom, the operator controls the movement of the boom, and the concrete pumped out of the pumping system is directly sent to the pouring point.
Concrete pumps are generally composed of chassis, boom systems, turrets, hydraulic systems, pumping systems, and six electrical systems.
Concrete pump trucks are modified on a truck chassis, which is mounted on the chassis, pumping, pumping, and mixing devices, fabric devices, and other auxiliary devices.
The power of the concrete pump truck passes the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump set or the rear bridge through the power distribution box, and the hydraulic pump is pushed to drive the concrete pump.

The power of each working device of the concrete pump truck is derived from the automobile engine. When the concrete pump is working, the driving force of the automobile engine is passed through the gearbox to the spinning box, and then passed through the spinning box to switch to each hydraulic pump or a chassis rear bridge.
When the driver issues an instruction to switch to the pumping position, the pneumatic solenoid valve controls the cylinder pushing fork on the spinning box. The fork is then pushed to switch to the pumping position while cutting off the power of the rear bridge, so that the car is in Park status.
Conversely, switch to the driving position. Now the control of the pump truck is implemented by the remote control.
