In addition, the fixing of the mixing and dragging pump pipeline is also extremely important. If the pipeline of the concrete mixing pump is not firmly fixed, it may affect the construction and even lead to safety accidents. Then, how to fix the pipeline of the mixing pump?
1. The conveying pipe of the mixing pump shall not be directly supported on the steel bars, formwork and embedded parts;
2. The horizontal conveying pipe of the stirring pump should be fixed with brackets, table pads, spreaders, etc. at certain distances, so as to eliminate blocked pipes, assemble and disassemble and clean the pipes;
3. The vertical conveying pipe of the mixing pump should be fixed on the wall and column with embedded parts, or leave a hole at the top of the floor;
4. Each tube on the wall and column must be fixed once at a distance, but not less than one fixed point; at the same time, it should be fixed at the reserved holes of each floor slab;
5. The elbow at the lower end of the vertical pipe of the stirring pump should not be used as the support point of the upper pipe, and steel supports should be provided to bear the weight of the vertical pipe;
6. When the vertical pipe of the mixing pump is fixed on the scaffolding, the scaffolding can be reinforced as required; the pipe joint clamp shall not leak slurry.
